Two years ago our township installed speed bumps several blocks from our house. For some reason, instead of putting up a usual sign, they wrote in huge white letters "HUMP" right before the bumps. Michael said to Dima one day in shul: "I tell Andrea, we live in a police state, it would be a command." Every day going over the bumps, I think of Michael.

He passed away today at the age of 41.

He wrote this book.
